Yes. Every piece within JORÉE is curated as "1/1" (unique). Once a piece is produced and finds its owner, it is not reproduced in the same form. This guarantees that you are the sole owner of the acquired artwork in the world.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I. CURATION AND WORKS
Is every JORÉE piece truly one of a kind in the world?
What is the source of the materials used in the designs?
Our materials are rare and organic pieces collected from different geographies of the world (from the emerald mines of Colombia to the fossilized tissues of the Amazon). JORÉE is a curatorial vision that transforms these raw materials into modern "wearable sculptures" in the hands of independent artisans.
Do you do custom designs?
JORÉE focuses on the artist's vision and the material's own story. For this reason, instead of creating custom designs, we present original works from our curation network for your appreciation. However, for very specific material requests, you can contact our curatorial team.
II. ORDERING AND SECURE DELIVERY
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
The acquired artwork undergoes final quality control, artisan certificate preparation, and sealed packaging processes. This meticulous preparation phase typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
How is delivery security ensured?
Our high jewelry pieces are shipped fully insured for their total value via our logistics partners specializing in the transport of valuable commodities. Packages are delivered only to the person who placed the order upon presentation of identification and signature.
III. PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
What payment methods do you accept?
You can make purchases securely through our credit card and debit card payment infrastructure. Additionally, a bank transfer option is available for high-value items.
Are taxes included in the prices?
The prices offered on our website are net amounts. For purchases within Turkey, legal taxes are calculated in the cart.
Can I return the item I purchased?
JORÉE artworks are 1/1 (unique) pieces of art. Due to their exceptional nature and hygiene standards, returns are absolutely not accepted for sold artworks. This policy aims to preserve the artwork's originality and the privilege of being its first owner.
What should be done if the artwork arrives damaged?
Your artwork will be shipped insured. Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the package in the presence of the courier and, in the event of any damage, have a "Damage Assessment Report" prepared. In cases where a report is issued, the insurance process will be meticulously managed by JORÉE.
